Auburn potential offensive coordinator from a report from SB Nation. Some website that covers college and pro ball. AU interviewed a candidate yesterday. This could have been that person.

So are we essentially talking about roughly the same kind of scheme-oriented hurry-up philosophy? If so, I have to say that appears to be horrible news for longtime fans of Auburn Defense—considering how much pressure that kind of offense typically places on defenses.
This guy is more pro style, power offense. Probably more like what Tide ran with McElwain.
Have they not been recruiting the type players to play in that ‘Scheme-oriented hurry-up” type offense and what will this do to them short term.
I beleive Saban brings in people to fit his style. Does Chizik have a style or will it change to fit whomever sits at the OC desk?
I think Chizik just adjusts to whomever he hires. He’s a defensive coach, but he’ll go with the power game if he hires the guy who runs that system. He likes to run it like Saban.
