MLB Postseason Predictions; Week 6 College Football coming soon, preview; the catastrophe that was the American Ryder Cup team

Can the great designated hitter/pitcher, Shohei Ohtani, lead his LA Dodgers to back to back World Series Championships. (Photo courtesy of the Los Angeles Times).

The 2025 MLB Playoffs have started today. I have not looked at scores because I don’t want to do that and know something I’m not supposed to. Can the Dodgers repeat or can the Brewers, Phillies, the home run hitting Bronx Bombers, the Toronto Blue Jays, or a team like Seattle, which has great pitching, emerge as World Series Champions? The Mariners’ Cal Raleigh, who hit 60 long ones to lead the Big Leagues, and drove in 125, third in the Majors behind Kyle Schwarber of the Phillies, who drove in 132, and Pete Alonso of the Mets, a massive disappointment as a team with a $342 Million payroll that failed to make the playoffs-Alonso drove in 126. Raleigh would be the MVP of the American League easily if it wasn’t for Aaron Judge of the Bombuhs, who hit .331, to lead the majors, and hit 53 homers and drove in 114. Raleigh is a stud, but only hit .247, so Judge should get the nod for the Most Valuable Player.

In my preseason predictions, I picked Judge as my MVP of the American League, Jacob deGrom of the Rangers as my AL Cy Young, Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers as my NL MVP, and Paul Skenes of the Pirates as my NL Cy Young. Judge, Ohtani and Skenes are looking good. Will know that in mid-November and will let you know. Tarik Skubal of the Tigers will win the AL Cy Young. Skubal was 13-6 with a 2.21 ERA and an 0.89 WHIP (Walks plus hits per inning, key pitching stat ). He’s stellar and will make the Tigers tough in the postseason if he can get some help from the other starters and the bullpen, and get some hitting. Ohtani hit .282 with 55 homers and 102 Ribbies. Skenes was 10-10 with a 1.97 ERA and an 0.95 WHIP. While Skubal and Skenes didn’t rack up a ton of victories, they were dominant pitchers, who were un-hittable many times. Skenes didn’t get great run support from a Pirates team with a payroll of $84 Million, 23rd out of 30 teams in MLB.

With that said, here are my predictions for the MLB Playoffs with the teams I like “matriculating,” along with the ultimate winner of the Fall Classic, which will commence Friday, October 24th, and conclude on Saturday, November 1st, if there is a game seven. FOX will broadcast the World Series. ESPN and ABC will broadcast all of the Wild Card Series, which will be the best 2-out- of 3 played at the higher seeded home team. TBS will handle the NL Division Series (best 3 out-of-5) and the NL Championship Series, best 4-out-of 7. And FOX And Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the ALDS and ALCS. 12 teams make the Playoffs with 3 division winners and 3 wild cards from each League. The top two seeds in the AL, which get byes, are the Blue Jays and the Mariners. The top two teams in the NL, which get byes, are the Brewers and the Phillies.

Here are my Predictions for the Playoffs.

National League Wild Card Series

Dodgers over Reds in 3: @Chavez Ravine, LA

Cubbies over Padres in 3: @ Wrigley, Chicago

NLDS

Phillies over Dodgers in 5: @Phillies

Cubs over Brewers in 5: @ Brewers

NLCS

Phillies over Cubbies in 6: @ Philly

AL Wild Card Series

Tigers over Guardians in 3: @Cleveland

Yankees over Red Sox in 3: @ New Yawk

ALDS

Mariners over Tigers in 5: Seattle, home field

Yankees over Blue Jays in 5: Toronto, home field

ALCS

Yankees over Mariners in 6: Seattle, home field

Fall Classic

I’ll take the Philadelphia Phillies to hang another banner at Citizens Bank Park. The Phillies haven’t won the World Series since 2008, and their only other World Championship is in 1980. So while they’ve been very good lately, they haven’t gotten over the Dodgers hurdle or the Dbacks two years ago. I like left fielder Kyle Schwarber, Shortstop Tre Turner, who has been injured, but is back for the postseason and hit .304 with 15 long ones and 69 Ribeyes along with 36 stolen bases, and their stellar first baseman Bryce Harper, who hit .261 with 27 homers and drove in 75 in 132 games out of 162, to win the Series and give the City of Brotherly “Shove” another World Championship. They have a very good starting rotation set up for the postseason and possibly the best closer in the game in Dominican Republic native Jhoan Doran, who finished the season with 32 saves out of 37 opportunities, posted a 2.06 ERA, a 1.10 WHIP,  adding 80 K’s in 70 innings pitched. Doran came over to the Phils from the Minnesota Twins on July 31st, right at the trade deadline day.

Phillies over Yankees in 7, ***Philly home field advantage.***

Most Valuable Player: Bryce Harper

That was my Prediction before the season started, and I’m sticking with it. Philly may take the moniker Titletown away from Green Bay, though the Packers have a very good team this year. The Eagles sure do too.

Liking Bryce Harper and the Phils to win it all. (Photo courtesy of the Philadelphia Inquirer).

College Football Week 6 will be headlined by the now No.10 Crimson Tide hosting the No.16 Vanderbilt Commodores at 2:30 P.M. CT on ABC.  The Crimson Tide is coming off a massive 24-21 victory over then No.5 Georgia at Sanford Stadium in Athens, in a game that Ty Simpson was terrific in, completing 24 of 38 passes for 276 yards, 2 TDs and 0 interceptions. Ty added a 2-yard TD run. Ty, Kadyn Proctor and the O line were superb, and the defense really stepped it up led by “L-T-Overton!” as the great Chris Fowler exclaimed when LT stopped Georgia running back Cash Jones on a critical fourth and one at the Crimson Tide 9 in the fourth quarter. Offensive Coordinator Ryan Grubb’s play call on 3rd and 1, in which Ty threw it back to Jam Miller and Jam ran for the first down and got down to help run the clock down, was a brilliant play call and clinched the game. I’m getting bullish on the Crimson Tide. It’s still a long season, but I’m liking what I’m seeing. They gained a lot of momentum from last Saturday’s victory. The Florida State game looks like it was just an off day for the Tide, and now the chemistry is good amongst the players and coaches. Things are clicking. Kirby Smart has an Alabama problem, as his 1-7 record against the Crimson Tide attests to. He told the media afterwards that he’s not losing sleep over it. But I might be if I were him.

On the other side of the state, Hugh, Jackson Arnold and the Auburn offense are having catastrophic problems. Hugh needs to turn things around quickly or it could be curtains for him at Auburn.

No.3 Miami @ No. 18 Florida State Saturday at 6:30 P.M. CT on ABC is another massive contest, which will have  key playoff implications. All the games from now on for the contenders are tremendously important for their playoff aspirations.

The U.S. Ryder Cup team was a total and complete disaster until Sunday, when they showed a little more heart in the 45th Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. They played well in the singles matches on Sunday, but it was too little, too late. Keegan Bradley just didn’t have enough life experience or captain experience and was severely out-captained by the terrific European Captain, Luke Donald. The European team seems to want it more than the American team does right now. After winning the Ryder Cup with his 6 foot birdie putt on 18 to halve the match with Russell Henley, and clinch the Euros’ 14th point, which allowed them to retain the Cup, Shane Lowry said it was the hardest thing he’s ever done and more important to him than winning the 2019 British Open at Royal Portrush in his home country of Northern Ireland. Now that’s a big statement. Europe won 15-13. The U.S, team is just too concerned about individual accomplishments and the monetary rewards of playing golf rather than the team concept the Euros embrace at the Ryder Cup. They wanted to be paid to play and they did get paid pretty handsomely, but just don’t have the hearts to overcome a European team led by Rory, Tommy Fleetwood, Lowry, Jon Rahm, and 45-year young Justin Rose, who want this more than anything else-almost anything else in their lives besides their families- for their native continent. The U.S. needs to figure it out soon and find a way to get these players to grasp the team concept, or it could be a long dry spell for American fortunes at the Ryder Cup. The 46th Ryder Cup will be played at Andore Manor in Limerick, Ireland on September 17th-19th, 2027. Those fans will most likely severely harass the American team after the embarrassing behavior of the Bethpage Black fans over the weekend.

The No. 17 Crimson Tide invade Athens to square off with No.5 Georgia in a phenomenal matchup Saturday Night between the hedges. The Auburn Tigers will try and “shake it off,” as Ken said to Jackson Simmons, from last Saturday’s tough defeat in Norman and overcome the raucous atmosphere at Kyle Field and attempt to emerge victorious over the Texas A&M Aggies. Should be a couple of classics for both squads. The SEC and national schedules look extremely promising with key games in Happy Valley, PA., Oxford, MS. and Fayetteville, AR., among others. Here’s a preview of this electric week 5 slate along with predictions, College Football Playoff Predictions and the 45th Ryder Cup Preview and Prediction.

Record:

Georgia by 3 1/2, 52 1/2

Kirby Smart is 1-6 against Alabama in his career in Athens, with his only victory coming in the 2021 National Championship Game in Indy as the Dawgs won by a score of 33-18 to claim their first national title since 1980, one of four in their history. Both teams are not as prolific on defense as they have been in the past; though both units have good talent. Kirby has never played a true home game against the Crimson Tide. The games have either been in Tuscaloosa or Atlanta. Kalen and the Tide got the better of Georgia in 2024 by a score of 41-34 at Bryant-Denny. It’s a battle of quarterbacks with Ty Simpson having lit up a couple of defenses in LA-Monroe and Wisconsin before the bye week last Saturday. Gunner Stockton showed his abilty in the Dawgs’ 44-41 overtime victory over Tennessee at Neyland Stadium two Saturdays ago. Stockton was 23 of 31 for 304 yards and threw a pair of 6’s, including a 4th and 6, 28-yard touchdown strike to London Humphries with 2;32 left in the game, and a two point game-tying conversion completion to Zachariah Branch to knot the game at 38. Tennessee, with the ball first in ovetime, kicked a field goal, but Dawgs running but Josh McCray ran it in from a yard to ice the massive road victory for the Bulldogs. The key play in the first overtime drive from the 25 was a 21-yard run by running back Nate Frazier. Bama gives it a stellar effort, but I like the home crowd, which will be rockin’, to help carry the Dawgs over the top.

Aggies by 6 1/2, 52 1/2

The Tigers lost a heartbreaker at Norman last Saturday with some highly questionable officiating calls/no calls affecting the outcome of the game. But it’s a new week with another juggernaut SEC opponent. While the Sooners have one of the top defenses in the country, though they lost quarterback John Mateer for a pretty good while with a broken hand, the Aggies have not been so stellar on defense in 2025. According to Al.com, the Aggies are 103rd in the country in scoring defense, 72nd in rushing defense, and 66th in total defense. According to my own research, OU is 8th in scoring defense, 22nd in rushing defense, and 4th in total defense, and Auburn had a really good shot at defeating them last Saturday with a couple of blown calls-the fumble call that was reversed that would have been a defensive TD for the Tigers, though that one was close- I thought part of the running back’s backside was down before the fumble though after review, the officials called it an incomplete pass. I thought down by contact, then fumble. The no call on the pass interference on Cam Coleman in the end zone hurt. And, the worst, the deception play by Oklahoma with the receiver hanging by the Sooners’ sideline only to catch a TD pass that should have been called back 15 yards for unsportsmanlike. But the Tigers hung tough, falling 24-17. The Tigers are 32nd in scoring defense, 5th in rushing defense and 35th in total defense.

I like Auburn’s defense better, I see the Tigers running the ball better and I like Jackson Arnold to connect with Cam Coleman on two or three clutch explosives. Give me the Auburn Tigers to pull off the upset. It’s going to be great to be an Auburn Tiger for MB, JC, CO, Willie, Hamilton, Pablo and company Saturday at 6-6;15 P.M. ish.

He’s got a shot with the Sooners’ stellar 29 year old Offensive Coordinator Ben Arbuckle coaching him up. Hawkins Jr. has good talent. First team to 14 1/2 points wins the Cup out of an available 28 points. If both teams finish tied with 14 points, Europe retains the Cup as it won the competition in 2023 at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome, 16 1/2-11 1/2. The U.S. holds the overall advantage, 27-15. The Cups in 2001 and 2020 were canceled due to 9/11 and COVID, respectively, but counted in the number of Cups played, so we are at Ryder Cup number 45.

Bethpage Black is called “The People’s Country Club,” because, while it’s hosted the 2002 and 2009 U.S. Opens, won by Tiger Woods and Lucas Glover, respectively, and the 2019 PGA Championship, won by Brooks Koepka, it’s a public course in which anyone can play. The sign in front of the course says, “-Warning-The Black Course Is An Extremely Difficult Course Which We Recommend Only For Highly Skilled Golfers.” So, it’s everything you want. I heard Brombey shot a 76 there. He’s highly skilled. I’d say Scottie, Bryson, Xander, Russell Henley, JJ Spaun, Rory, Jon Rahm, Justin Rose, and Viktor Hovland, among others, are highly skilled too. So should be epic competition.

These two giants in the game lead their respective teams into the 45th Ryder Cup. (Photo courtesy of Golf Monthly).

Winning Team

Home turf has been the key to winning ever since Europe won as the visiting team at the “Miracle at Medinah,” the 39th Ryder Cup on Sept. 28th-30th, 2012 at Medinah Country Club in Medinah, Illinois. Expecting a competitive match, but I like the U.S. led by the great Scheffler with major contributions from Justin Thomas, Russell Henley, JJ Spaun, and company to prevail over Rory, Rahm and the Euros in a major home turf advantage with Bethpage being filled with an electric New York City, etc. crowd. There will be some some passion amongst the fans that carries an amped up USA Team over the top.

College Football Week 4 Headlined by Auburn @ OU. Nice slate. Playoff Predictions, Edition 3

John Mateer and the Oklahoma Sooners welcome? the Auburn Tigers to Memorial Stadium. (Photo courtesy of Southeastern Conference).

The No. 22 Auburn Tigers alight in Norman on Saturday to square off with the No.11 Oklahoma Sooners. Auburn, coming off a decent 31-15 victory over a scrappy South Alabama team, faces a stiff test in Norman against a team that is playing as well as anyone in the country right now. Can the Tigers slow down quarterback John Mateer and the Sooners offense, and can Jackson Arnold and the highly talented Auburn receiving corps make enough explosives to get the Tigers over the hump? Those are the questions, along with if Arnold can run it along with impressive junior running back Jeremiah Cobb, that Auburn has to answer affirmatively if it expects to pull off the upset. Should be terrific. The No.14 Crimson Tide is off this week as it prepares for a highly anticipated heavyweight contest in Athens next Saturday Night vs the No.5 Georgia Bulldogs at 6:30 CT on ABC. The Crimson Tide has done well the last couple of weeks, albeit against lesser competition, which won’t be the issue next Saturday. Kirby Smart has supplanted Nick Saban as the premier coach in college football, and led his team over the hump last Saturday in Knoxville in overtime by a score of 44-41, and there is no doubt they will be amped up for the Crimson Tide coming into Sanford Stadium. It’ll be interesting how Kalen DeBoar and his coaching staff handles this challenge. It’s a tough one. Alabama has hosted the Bulldogs twice in Tuscaloosa in the last five years, winning 41-24 under the Great One in 2021, and 41-34 last season, which looked like the start of something special for the Crimson Tide until Jalen Milroe turned into a catastrophe. Should be phenomenal next Saturday Night in Athens. But this Saturday, it’s the Auburn Tigers that are in the spotlight in a tremendously important game in Norman, with the Playoff not over with a loss by either team, but both teams are chomping at the bit to win this football game, and it sure wouldn’t hurt each teams’ case with the committee late in the season if both teams put together 9 or 10 win seasons and there are spots that are up for grabs and either AU or OU got this W. Here’s a look at this Saturday’s action and White’s World’s predictions.

Last Week: SU: 14-2; Overall 46-10, 82%; ATS: 9-7; 26-30 46%; O/U, 9-7; 29-27 52%.

Auburn can’t play just a good game, they’ll need to play a prolific game in order to win in Norman. I just think it’ll be tough to completely stop Mateer and the OU offense, though Auburn will do a better job than most this season. Jackson Arnold will have some success, but I just don’t see him having enough success to get his Tigers over the top. Not giving up on Auburn; I just like a really good Sooners team at home. I see this close as well. Tulane is the best Group of 5 team at this stage of the season and I see that continuing . Jon Sumrall is a Huntsville, Alabama native and has kept this Tulane program playing elite ball after taking over from the highly successful Willie Fritz, who left the Green Wave two years ago to take over at the University of Houston, which, like Tulane, has had success in the past. Sumrall is fitting in well in the Crescent City and looking like a very marketable candidate for bigger jobs if he has more success this season. But maybe he likes Tulane and wants to stay there. I’m sure they’ll do everything they can financially to keep him, and the way college football has evolved in the last couple of years, why can’t Tulane win it all? Lane and the Rebels get by, barely.

Are you kidding me, Coach Kelly? After going off on a reporter last Saturday when the reporter asked him what was wrong with the offense in a 20-10 victory over Florida, which was not unfair. He’s not paid by LSU, he’s paid by his newspaper. That’s the way it’s supposed to work. Kelly and his team get a breather this Saturday. But I don’t think they’ll cover. Quarterback Garrett “Nuss Bus” Nussmeier throws a lot of interceptions. He threw 12 in 2024, and he’s already thrown two this season. Could be a problem for the Tigers down the road. They’re always talented, and are again this year, but Nussmeier can be erratic.

Gamecocks quarterback LaNorris Sellers, after suffering a head injury on what was called targeting on Vanderbilt linebacker Logan Patterson, which I didn’t agree with-led with his shoulder, hit him in the pads, close to the neck, but not blatant enough for that call- will in all likelihood play. For that reason, I’ll take the upset.

I’m bullish on Memphis. They’ll give Tulane a run for its money in the American and have a shot to make the playoff as the top ranked Group of 5 team. Memphis Coach Ryan Silverfield is very good. He played high school football at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, a good academic school that is more known for its stellar athletics. As a player at Bolles, Silverfield won state championships in 1995 and 1998. He didn’t play college football, but instead went straight into coaching after college at Hampden-Sydney in Virginia. I like the guy. The Tigers make it very interesting against Sam and his Hogs.

I like the Dores to play well, but Georgia State is scrappy and upset the Dores in the ATL last season, so I like the Dores to win, but not cover. They’ll play well though. I’m a believer in my Vanderbilt University Commodores.

College Football Week 3 DOES look Electric. This week’s Previews/Predictions; Playoff Predictions

Jeremiah Cobb, getting the start in place of injured Demari Alston last Saturday, rushed for 121 yards and two, 6’s vs Ball State @Jordan-Hare. (Photo courtesy of 247 Sports).

The No. 19 Crimson Tide and the No.24 Auburn Tigers square off with Wisconsin and South Alabama, respectively, this Saturday with both teams playing at home. Good chance for both teams to show more progress as they get closer to SEC play, which is two weeks away for Tide, and a week away for the Tigers. After a week off next Saturday, the Crimson Tide will travel to No.6 Georgia on Saturday, 9/27, for a Saturday Night game on ABC at 6:30. The Tigers will venture to Norman to play the dangerous Oklahoma Sooners next Saturday, 9/20, for a 2:30 P.M. kickoff on ABC. So both teams need to perform well this Saturday, against a couple of scrappy opponents, in order to prepare themselves for the gauntlet that is the SEC. There are also some key conference games this Saturday as the No.6 Georgia Bulldogs travel to Neyland Stadium to take on No.15 Tennessee. That’s a marquee matchup with SEC and national implications on the line, despite the fact that it’s an early season game. Those teams don’t like each other very much anyway, so that’s an added motivational bonus. No.3 LSU hosts Florida and its all of the sudden and once again embattled coach, Billy Napier, who is desperately seeking a victory. The Gators have the toughest schedule in the country according to ESPN Analytics. No.17 Ole Miss, fresh off a crucial road victory over Kentucky last Saturday, hosts Arkansas. And Vanderbilt travels to South Carolina for a Saturday Night matchup in Williams-Brice Stadium. Williams-Brice will be rockin’. And a classic matchup in South Bend as the No. 16 Texas A&M Aggies square off with the No.8 Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. Also, some top level teams in action facing some not so stellar competition. Here’s a look at the slate along with White’s World Sports Confidential’s predictions.

I know it was LA-Monroe, but you had to like what you saw in a 73-0 Crimson Tide victory. Ty Simpson was 17 of 17 for 226, 3 passing TDs and one rushing TD. Backup Austin Mack was 8 of 10 for 80 yards and 2 TDs, And five-star freshman Keelon Russell was 4 of 6 for 65 yards and 2 TDs. The receivers played well, the running backs did a good job, and the defense, led by middle linebacker Justin Jefferson, swarmed to the ball and laid the wood. Wisconsin is a physical but plodding Big Ten-type team that has trouble keeping up with the athletic, speedy teams from the SEC. They had trouble with the Crimson Tide last season at home in a 42-10 Crimson Tide victory. I like the Crimson Tide to have success in front of the hometown fans this Saturday as well.

Jackson Arnold was 24 of 28 for 251 yards and three TDs against Ball State last Saturday Night on the Plains. He looks like he can throw it pretty accurately. South Alabama offers more resistance, so we’ll see how Jackson responds against the Jaguars. Buck linebacker/defensive end Keyon Crawford is proving to be an excellent bookend to Kendrick Faulk. Crawford posted four tackles, 2 sacks and a forced fumble last Saturday. I like the way Hugh has the Tigers coming together. I like them to have a solid game against the Jaguars and prepare for a massive road contest at Norman next Saturday.

2025-26 National Football League Predictions

Can Lamar and the Ravens finally get over the hump. (Photo courtesy of Newsweek).

In our outcome-based society, I’m always tasked with predicting outcomes in football or whatever sport is forthcoming. I like doing it, so no problem.

The National Football League commences its’ 2025 season Thursday Night as “How ‘bout them Cowboys!” go to Titletown to square off with the Super Bowl 59 champion Philadelphia Eagles. As I posted last week, I’ve been watching the Jerry, Jimmy and Cowboys’ Netflix series, “America’s Team.” It’s wild, but highly entertaining. I recommend it. The Cowboys made a blockbuster deal last week when they decided they didn’t want to pay All Pro defensive end Micah Parsons what he wanted. So Green Bay traded with the ‘Boys and mortgaged their franchise for his contract and guaranteed money. He’s a heckuva player and puts the Packers squarely in the Super Bowl hunt, but QB Jordan Love will have to prove he can perform in big games if the Packers are to reach the pinnacle of the sport. The Cowboys received first round picks in 2026 and 2027 from the Packers, along with All Pro defensive tackle Kenny Clark. Parsons is 26 and Clark is 29. A lot of experts have been criticizing the Cowboys for the trade, but I like it. Two first rounders in 2026 and 2027, respectively, is strong, and, according to Jerry, they’ve got good depth on the defensive front this year. Not a Parsons, there aren’t many of those hanging around, but good talent, nonetheless. The Cowboys will take their chances at the Linc against the Eagles tomorrow on Thursday Night Football at 7:20 CT on NBC to kickoff the season. I like the Eagles in that game, 21-10. Eagles are favored by 8 1/2.

Here are my 2025-26 National Football League Postseason Predictions along with which franchise I like to hoist the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday, February 8th, 2026 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Cali, on NBC for Super Bowl LX (60). The game kicks off at 5:30 P.M. CT. It’s the greatest event in sports, I’ll have to say. I’d put it at the top, just ahead of the National Championship Game in College Football, the Masters, the Kentucky Derby and Wimbledon. Although the US Open is pretty thrilling to watch in both golf and tennis as are the other majors in golf and tennis. And March Madness is hard to beat, too. I like the NHL’s Stanley Cup Playoffs a lot myself, just because I love watching Alex Ovechkin and my Washington Capitals attempt to capture the Stanley Cup every season. I know I’ve said this before, but I predicted the Caps to make the Stanley Cup Final in 2018, and while I didn’t pick them to win it all, pretty sure I picked Vegas, they pulled off an amazing run throughout the Playoffs and Did win it all. Ovechkin, the native of Moscow, Russia, unfortunately,  broke Wayne Gretsky’s all-time goal scoring record of 894 this past season. “The Great 8” is now at 897 and counting. He’s coming back for his 21st season as he has his sights set on winning another Stanley Cup for the franchise he’s beloved by and he loves himself. Ovi will be 40 years old when the season starts. He turns 40 on Sept. 17th. But he’s in phenomenal shape. He’s another Tom Brady Fountain of Youth elite athlete. He scored 44 goals in 82 games last season. Goals counted towards the record are only for the regular season, so Ovechkin went on a tear the last three weeks of the season to break the all time record set by The Great One. It was riveting to watch. The Caps have a good, young, talented nucleus with some super veteran leadership and talent, so they’ve got a shot.

However, some team needs to figure out how to defeat the two-time defending champion Florida Panthers.

But I’ll take the Super Bowl as the greatest spectacle in sports. Here are my Predictions for the NFL Postseason for 2025-2026. Electric season ahead of us along with College Football even though some Alabama fans are not too happy so far, while Auburn fans are guardedly optimistic.
