There is no doubt that a concussion is a serious matter and if Leach didn’t take it seriously, he is at fault. But there is not enough evidence on what happened on that field that day to determine if Leach is at fault or if the kid was just being a baby. I guess we’ll see as Leach takes this to court and Craig James may sue Leach.
