Tulane @No.25 Tulsa, Zona @ Seahawks tonight, predictions

With COVID, college football coaches and their teams are just trying to survive to make it to the weekend. Looks like a good slate this weekend despite several postponements/cancelations. Just gotta go with what we got and I’m personally grateful we have games.

Tonight, a couple of very riveting matchups with a pretty good Tulane Green Wave team visiting a surprisingly very good Tulsa team that came back from a 21 point deficit to defeat SMU at home, 28-24, last Saturday Night. It was highly impressive.

On the NFL side of things, a nice matchup tonight with the Zona Cardinals, fresh off their dramatic Hail Mary victory last Sunday over the Bills, @ Seattle to square off with the Seahawks. Looks like a classic.

***I’ll have the rest of Saturday’s CFB slate with predictions tomorrow and the NFL sked with predictions on Sunday.***

Nice matchup in the American. Tulsa looks for real and the Green Wave have a good squad. I like it close, Tulane is a very competitive outfit, but I’ll take the Golden Hurricane at home. They’re challenging Cincinnati for the American Conference Championship. They’ll play the Bearcats at home, Friday, 12-4, at 8 PM CT on ESPN, with what could be a lot on the line, New Year’s Six and Cincy has hopes of making the playoff, if they can keep up their stellar resume and get a little chaos ahead of them. I like a tightly contested game tonight.

This is a phenomenal matchup in the National Football League with the 2 of the 3 teams that are tied atop the NFC West along with the LA Rams. Kyler Murray’s Hail Mary throw for 45 yards against his body that 6’3” Newk Hopkins caught by leaping over three Buffalo Bills defensive backs and hauling in was legendary and painful for my prediction. This Cards team is for real. Russell Wilson is pretty for real as well. I like some good offense in this game, and will take the Seahawks to survive and emerge victorious.

Seahawks 35, Zona 31

Will be hittin’ you back tomorrow and Sunday. Check with you then.
