Take:

Western Kentucky beat Marshall, which drilled Northern Illinois last night in the Boca Raton Bowl. I’m liking the Hilltoppers to take care of business over the Chippewas.

Take

I’ve read previews of this game and the fact that the Bulldogs have played in a tougher conference (Mountain West) than the Owls (Conference USA), makes me give the edge to Fresno State.

Fresno State 34, Rice 30
